No eating or drinking in bedrooms No unregistered guests Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper All guests must sign POOL LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT prior to check-in Pool Safety Features: As parents ourselves, we know how important peace of mind is when staying in a home with a pool. Pool safety is our top priority. We have implemented several important safety measures to ensure the well-being of all guests, especially children: Fenced Yard with Self-Latching Gates: The yard is fully fenced with self-latching gates to help prevent unauthorized access to the pool area. Door and Window Alarms: All doors and windows providing direct access to the pool are equipped with alarms that sound both when they are opened and continue to alert while they remain open, helping prevent unsupervised access. Additionally, the ADT system verbally alerts you whenever any door is open, providing an extra layer of security. Sliding Door Lock: A sliding door lock is installed at a height of 54 inches above the floor, making it challenging for young children to operate and access the pool area without supervision. SWAMCAM Pool Alarm System: Our SWAMCAM system uses AI to monitor the pool for movement, providing real-time alerts if anyone enters the pool area or water. When armed, it helps prevent accidental drownings by triggering alarms both inside the house and around the pool if movement is detected in or around the pool area. Pool & Jacuzzi Rules: No lifeguard on duty. Swim and use the jacuzzi at your own risk No diving or jumping in the pool No running or rough play in or near the pool (deck is slippery when wet) No swimming in the pool or using the jacuzzi alone No glass or food near the pool (please use plastic or stainless-steel cups provided) Shower with soap and rinse before entering pool or jacuzzi No oils, soaps, or animals in the pool Children under 14 must have a parent or adult guardian in attendance Children under 5 are not allowed in the jacuzzi Maximum pool capacity: 20 | Maximum jacuzzi capacity: 8 Guests having currently active diarrhea or who have had active diarrhea within the previous 14 days shall not be allowed to enter the pool or jacuzzi Elderly, pregnant women, infants, and those with health concerns should consult a doctor before using the spa Hot water immersion while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not recommended Limit jacuzzi sessions to under 15 minutes Enter and exit hot tub/pool slowly Swimsuits required No jacuzzi or pool use after a heavy meal Keep long hair out of water and away from drains Backyard lights are set on a timerdo not manually turn off Heater can be turned on for the pool upon request with at least a 48-hour notice before check-in. Do not tamper with pool equipment Turn off jacuzzi heater and jets immediately after use to avoid charges Pool & Jacuzzi Heating Policy: Jacuzzi Heating: Guests may activate the jacuzzi on-demand and must turn it off immediately after use. It operates on a 1-hour timer and can be restarted if needed. Do not tamper with the jacuzzi settings. Heating time varies based on the starting temperature, typically taking 2+ hours. Maximum temperature: 104F Pool Heating: During peak season (June - September), the pool is naturally heated to roughly mid 70's-mid 80's Outside of these months, a $200/day fee applies, with 48 hours' notice required. Payment must be made at the time of booking Gas Usage & Charges: For stays of 30 days or more, reasonable gas usage is included with a monthly allowance of up to $500. A utility deposit will be collected before check-in. Any gas charges exceeding $500 per month will be deducted from the deposit or billed directly to the guest Tampering Prohibited: Guests may not adjust pool/jacuzzi settings. Any tampering may result in eviction and forfeiture of the utility deposit Utilities & Subscriptions: Monthly utilities are included, except for excessive gas charges (see pool heating policy above) Subscriptions to streaming accounts are not included. Guests are responsible for logging out of personal streaming accounts before check- out Fireplace and Firepit Use: The gas fireplace and firepit are available for guest use. To ensure safe operation, please follow these instructions carefully: 1. Turn the gas valve just a tiny amount (less than an eighth of a turn)Turning the valve too much may cause injury and/or explosion when lighting the fireplace or firepit. Do not use if unfamiliar with how to light. USE AT OWN RISK. 2. Turn on the gas first and allow 2 to 5 seconds for the gas to settle before lighting the fireplace or firepit with the provided long-reach, windproof butane lighter. 3. If the fireplace or firepit does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn off the gas immediately and wait at least 2 to 3 minutes before attempting to re-ignite, to allow any excess gas to dissipate. 4. Do not attempt to adjust the gas flow or settings beyond the instructions above. 5. Never leave the fireplace or firepit unattended while in use. 6. Replace the firescreen after each use for safety. 7. Supervise all children at all times to prevent injury. 8. Turn off the fireplace or firepit immediately after use to prevent any potential hazards. 9. Keep flammable materials away from the fireplace or firepit area at all times. We use a service for waste management, so you wont need to worry about moving garbage and recycling bins to the curb. Please be aware that a service provider will access the private backyard on Thursdays to move the bins to the curb and on Fridays to return them to the side of the home Landscaping: Occurs weekly on Tuesdays. Pool Maintenance: Scheduled weekly, typically on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday after landscaping is completed. Street Sweeping: Mondays from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. No street parking is allowed during these hours Security & Cameras: The property features an ADT security system with audible door and window alarms, a SwamCam pool alarm to alert guests if a minor enters the pool area, and Ring cameras (doorbell and backyard) for added security Tampering with or obstructing the cameras poses a safety risk and will result in immediate eviction Maximum Occupancy: The house accommodates up to 8 guests (2 per bedroom) No unregistered guests or subleasing Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Pets found on the property will result in immediate eviction and $1,000 fee Guests will have access to entire home except garage and treehouse. We respect our guests' privacy but are available if needed. Communication will primarily be through the airbnb app, and we are happy to assist with any questions or concerns during your stay. While the home is primarily self check-in, we may occasionally access common areas for maintenance and inspections. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, youll enjoy peace and convenience. Our home offers convenient access to explore the best of Orange County. We provide up to six off-street parking spots, including two on the immediate driveway. Theres also space for a small RV, with one spot requiring gate access. For nearby attractions, refer to our "Distance To" guide for estimated travel times. Youre just minutes from Orange Circle and major freeways (5, 22, and 55), making it easy to reach Disneyland, local beaches, and other top destinations. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the area is pedestrian-friendly for local dining and shopping.
