You will receive a link after you book allowing you to review and sign the rental agreement. This is basically the legal version of the house rules. PARKING: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles. WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home and laptop-friendly surfaces throughout the home. FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? Weve got you covered with a Pack n Play travel crib and family game COMMUNITY ACCESS: Shared community yard between cottages with picnic tables. A personalized entry code will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your arrival. The Main entry door and community fire pit area, outside, are monitored by a Ring security camera and are motion detection only which also records voices during motion. There are no cameras inside. Tampering with camera in any way is against house rules. The property is located in a heavily wooded area. There are uneven surfaces and mixed terrain. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters & insects. Bug spray is recommended in Summer if planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.
