Guests who violate this policy will be required to vacate the property immediately and will be held responsible for ozone treatments and additional cleaning costs incurred. --> Guest Policy: Age limit 25 to book. The person booking the property MUST stay on the property. The amount of guests in booking must match the amount of people staying in unit. --> Cancellation Policy: We encourage all guests to review our cancellation policy carefully before booking. Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations due to travel difficulties, inclement weather, illness, or family emergencies. It is best to get around with a bike, golf cart or car. There are also some great restaurants within walking distance!
